The Echo chamber dilemmaThe promise of the Internet was that unlimited information and experiences would draw us together. But instead it seems to have driven us apart.
For years I've observed this behavior but haven't been able to vocalize it correctly. Originally I called the behavior of collective opinions as "the hive mentality" of the Internet. But that wasn't exactly right and I often got called out on it. The most prominent example was when I made a comic about a guy disagreeing with opinions and being shouted at till he remained quiet, eventually fading into the background with everyone else. The consensus of that comic was that if you disagree with someone you aren't bullied into not speaking, but instead are free to go someplace else where people who do agree with you exist. And you know what? That wasn't what i was trying to convey, but is sadly true. The Internet is not a hive mind. It's many tiny pocket echo chambers of mutual agreements.

I'm comfortable with doing OCs, avatars, game characters, anime/manga characters, men, women, light shonen-ai/shoujo-ai/yuri/yaoi. I'm not good with animals or furries- I can try, but I'd recommend if the focus of your picture is one of the two, you might want to look elsewhere.

I'm not great with complicated backgrounds either, so simple ones are all I'll do. Colors, patterns, or simple props are free. Anything above that is 5$ additionally. I'll let you know if this fee is applicable.

All prices are in US dollars.

I ask that my commissioners pay upfront. I've been getting ripped off a lot lately, so I'm having to enforce both this and the 'low-quality huge watermark' preview system.

You are so welcome! Sorry it took me so long to notice this post. LOL I signed up for DA when i was still on my Kakashi/Sakura kick and I rarely notice any of the messages at the top.
I've been thinking of having you do me another one sometime soon. I'm afraid that I could get addicted to them very easily LOL I've been thinking about what kind of outfits/poses ect. I have to get a job first though because my unemployment is about to run out.
