Heya everyone! During my stream the other day I recorded the file, sped it up, and threw it on Youtube. I'm so nervous, I just started posting on Youtube about a week ago, and that was only a few game videos... this is ME drawing. So totally different fdshlfggdfs.

Hullo peeps. It's been forever since I updated lol. Graduated from AiO with my diploma in September, still don't have a job... and not even sure Graphic Design is what I want to do anymore. I've had some prospective clients that I'm too scared to take on. I don't think I'm very good at it...

Aside from that things have been okay. Got a super-duper brand new computer for my birthday that my parents loaned me the money for. <333 Started playing TERA online betas every other weekend and.. yeh. That's about it.

Lovely Complex! Amagad!

So I just spent the last two days watching all 24 episodes of Lovely Complex from the recommendation of a friend. It. Was. Adorable. Only problem is it makes me want to go out and find a shorty lovey dovey boyfriend, LOL.

I wish my high school life had been that AWESOME.

In other news- I've been doing a lot of free art- mostly headshots and busts- for my dear Dokuga people. :P I blame *Shrii for making up the freaking "DRAW THE PERSON ABOVE YOU" game. I'm not supposed to do free art when I have paid stuff to work on butitssofun. >_>

And I wish I could .. force the people I want to draw me to post after me.. like, WITH MY MIND.

Why yes, I woke up this morning and there was a baby opossum in my bathtub.



I wanted to keep it. Mom said no. This saddens me. BUT LOOK HOW FRICKIN CUTE. He got stuck in the tub because he couldn't climb back up the smooth walls. We're wondering how the hell he got there.

Selling a MotoMilestone + Thundercats!

Omfg. The new Thundercats series = LOVE.

I watched the old one as a child but only a few episodes and I never really understood it.. I just liked Cheetara LOL. But this.. ITS SO AWESOME, WATCH IT. CheetaLiono <3

Also, I got a new phone today because I switched companies, so I'm selling my Motorola Milestone XT720 if anyone's interested. I doubt it but LOL might as well pimp it here, eh? I'll even include the Otterbox case I bought for it.

Let me know if you're remotely interested, and I'll take some pics.

Dunno about price yet, not much since it's used (it also uses a SIM card, it's not compatible with Verizon that I know of) but it's still in great condition... THANKS TO THE OTTERBOX CASE. :D

Gawsh it's been forever since I updated HAHA~ Been absorbed into life and still playing Rift. Had to server transfer to Silkweb tho, they made MY server into a trial one fFFfffffsdfa.

There's so much stupid crap going on in life right now.. WHY LIFE, WHY? I could rant about so much, but who REALLY wants to read about all that?

On a happy note, I whipped out the N64 and have been playing Donkey Kong and such again- SO FUN. After playing the newer games for so long looking at DK is kind of hard.. but it still looks really good and it NO less fun than any game I've ever played. :D GUNNA START A NEW MARIO GAME TODAY.

fdshfjgsgfas;kh. July 31st my phone contract switches over to Verizon- do you guys happen to know of/have an opinion of the HTC Incredible? How about the HTCI2?

I don't do free art. If I do... it's for a friend, contest, or otherwise free sketch giveaway event or something. It's when I feel like doing it. When I'm forced to do art that I have no inspiration or drive to do (I.G. Commissions for money, friend pics because I love dem hoes) it comes out crappy or just not at all.

Don't. Ask.

I've had friends also IM me saying "I just got a PM from someone asking for [insert random picture here]."

And lo and behold.. it's the SAME person I just got a PM from!

And you tell them no and they argue with you. ARGUE WITH YOU!


It's just... rude. Don't do it please. It's obvious I do commissions, I have on my front page that I do and that I DON'T take requests except from friends.

It's the same thing as... well. It's also kind of obvious that I buy commissions from people. I like supporting other artists- and they see my name on someone's commission list and they send me a message about HEI U WANNA BUY MINE?!?! No. No I don't. If I wanted your art I'd come to YOU.

At least most have the decency to do it by PM. Some have the audacity to post on people's FRONT PAGES about "Hey buy my art." WITH prices listed, LOL. Free advertisement?! I don't think so.

It's hard for me to keep respecting dA.. it really is. But I just can't leave because there's that small hope that they'll fix all this crap and stop letting thieves run rampant and taking months to respond to reports.

ART BOOKS IN STOCK BABEH

Awe yeeeh just filled my order for the Okami art book I was emoing about a few journals ago! I contacted Udon Entertainment (the printers) and asked when they planned to re-print... if it was still going to be the date they put on their webpage.

I got a response within an hour saying the copies were in and being shipped to the dealers. I got an e-mail a few minutes ago from one of the sites I was watching saying it had just been re-stocked.

AMAGADISPAZZEEEDDdDDDdsdfslgkfdsg.hghjkdl.

I also got a Jigoku Shoujo art book in the mail today. <33 I need to take some sexy phone pics and show you guys. It's gorgeous.

I was actually almost tempted to buy two copies of the Okami art book while it is on sale. >_> I've heard the glue on the spine is phail and they tend to fall apart... fdjfksh

I've had the money put away for this book forever so I'm SO EXCITED AAAAH~


Also to everyone who makes stamps... if you actually intend people to use them, stop freaking putting them in storage! Everyone's journal stamp lineup breaks because people keep hiding their stuff like wtffff.

Dokuga.. it AIN'T goin away!

Giant edit: Dokuga got over $1000 in donations last night! It came back up this morning... so amazing! The community is really supportive!


A) Hell Girl is THE. SHAT. I love it sooo much. ;w; I bought the first season on Dvd UUUGH NEED TO DO FANART.

B) Okami Art Book should be back in stock this month OH YEEEH.

C) So... a site I frequent.. actually, pretty much the one I frequent the MOST is having money troubles. The site head went AWOL and the site went down today... apparently it's overdue $900+ dollars in payments. And we need to pay that JUST to get the site back up, and then another $400+ a quarter to keep it running.

This site means a lot to a lot of people. It's not just a site to post your fanart and fanfiction- we're a family there. The Chatroom always has people in it. If I'm having a bad day I can just go in there and whine and they'll talk me through it and get me back on the Happy Train. It's an escape for a lot of people- but we're still REAL there, we don't have to put up internet personas.

It's a giant support system to new and old artists, writers, reviewers.. or just people in general.


This is really.. upsetting, I don't know.

I've been thinking of opening up quick discounted commissions to help pay for some of the cost of getting it back up. It's amazing how many people are coming together to help with this... I only wish I could do more.

TL;DR?

One of the best sites that has ever been made is going down due to a crisis, and we need help getting it back up. A 2$ donation from 600 people and we'd be all set for another year of awesomeness. Lol. UUUUGH. WHY LIFE WHYYYY.

Okay so.. I just finished playing Okami again after not having played it again in a while (I already have Okamiden pre-ordered). And I found out there's a gorgeous art book for sale.

Only... it used to be $27 or such on Amazon. NOW it's $200+. WHAT THE.. I DON'T EVEN...

And 80+ on eBay.. which isn't a huge deal, I could save up.. but the ones on eBay are in Japanese, and I'd prefer English so I could read it. >_>

I'm not great with complicated backgrounds either, so simple ones are all I'll do. Colors, patterns, or simple props are free. Anything above that is 5$ additionally. I'll let you know if this fee is applicable.

PAIIIN~ Surgery, WTH.

Okay, so... I've been having chest pains for like two months.. went to the E.R. late one night and got no conclusive diagnosis so they sent me home with super Advil or something... and then a few weeks ago the pain got vurry bad. Mom asked me to describe how it hurt and where.

I told her, and she's like... it's your gallbladder. She called out doctor and got an order for a scan thing... and bam, the next day we get a scan, it's my gallbladder. >3>

Three days later I have an appointment to see the surgeon who may or may not want it out... within five minutes of meeting him and feeling my chest, he wants it out now.

The next morning I go in for some srs surgery... and he took a picture of that nasty thing when it came out. :la:

I had 8 stones in it LOL. And one was like half the size of the friggin little organ. D:

So now I'm nursing a bruised up looking... cat scratch incision on my tummy. Omnom.

First: Hello hello gaiz, I'm happy to mention Ripley (my dog) is 100% better now and 100% fatter than ever. All is right in the world when Ripley is back to being a diva.


Second: I'm finishing up what I have on my plate right now, and I won't be doing anymore fanart for a long time. Sorry to those of you who watch me for my fanart. ^^; I've been doing way too much... and plus something lately is bothering me so I'm cutting myself off.(OCs don't count, I still like to draw other people's OCs. <3 )

If I do end up making more fanart anytime, it will not be posted. Not here or Dokuga or anywhere else. It will be horded away in my art folder on my laptop.


Third: I FORGOT HOW GOOD THE GHOST IN THE SHELL SOUNDTRACK WAS. AND THE XENOSAGA SOUNDTRACK. AND THE BLOOD+ SOUNDTRACK. AND THE SHADOW OF THE COLOSSUS SOUNDTRACK. AND THE... yeh. SONOVA. I'm back hooked on game/anime/instrumental music ROTFL.
